Join Our Team as a Campus Store Supervisor – ECU Joondalup Campus Store The School Locker is one of Australia's leading education retailers, with over 110 School, University, and Super Store locations across the country.
Our mission is to unlock the potential of students by providing everything they need for education, from uniforms and textbooks to stationery and technology.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Campus Store Supervisor to oversee operations at our Edith Cowen Uni Joondalup Campus Store.
As a Campus Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the store, maintaining high customer service standards, and leading a small team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a supervisory role in a dynamic, education-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with university staff, students, and stakeholdersLead and train a small team to deliver excellent customer serviceEnsure the store is well-organised, visually merchandised, and stocked efficientlyProcess sales, manage stock levels, and handle daily POS operationsAssist with the store's opening and closing procedures, including end-of-day banking and settlementMaintain a safe and functional workplace in line with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standardsAchieve sales and wage budget targets while adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Provide feedback and report any issues to the Area ManagerSkills and Experience: Excellent customer service and communication skillsExperience with visual merchandising and stock managementComfortable using POS and inventory management systemsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamEnthusiastic, positive attitude with a focus on problem-solvingPrevious experience in apparel retail or a similar role preferredRequirements: Valid Working with Children Clearance or the ability to obtain oneAustralian residency or working rightsAt The School Locker, we offer comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
