Senior Site Manager

ConnectWest Recruitment is currently working with one of Australia's leading developer builders to source a Senior Site Manager to deliver a landmark project for the City of Perth.
The project overview: $100m project 25km from the Perth CBDComplex structureHigh-end finishesGiven the complexity of the project the selected candidates will be able to demonstrate: Proven experience in delivering commercial projects upwards of $50m (ideally $100m+)Previous project experience working with tower cranes, tight logistics and high-end finishesTrade or Tertiary qualifications in Building & ConstructionProven experience in planning, programming and scheduling of site workAbility to lead, plan for and manage onsite resources, including labour and equipmentStrong experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplaceExcellent stakeholder liaison and written communication skillsKey Responsibilities of the role will include: Ability to oversee, manage and deliver projects onsite from beginning to endEffective onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipmentDelivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criteria of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety and process complianceAdhere to, improve upon and maintain the construction programCarry out safety audits, toolbox talks, quality ITPs and site coordination meetingsProvide practical solutions to daily on-site challenges and obstaclesLead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviours are aligned with the company's valuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and externalBenefits on offer: Above market salary package which reflects the importance of this role – CIRCA $250K (includes a vehicle or vehicle allowance)A stable developer with strong financial backing Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
