Our clientspecialises in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
They believe in a holisticapproach to healthcare and can tailor treatment plans that prioritizes overallwell-being.PositionOverview:As aTreatment Coordinator, you will be vital in providing a smooth and positiveexperience for their patients.
While the role is primarily administration,there be the opportunity to assist the Surgeon with approx.
2-3 procedures aweek making you an essential member of their committed team.Keyresponsibilities: Answer phone and handle all enquiresCreate theatre lists and coordinate with hospital staff for proceduresLiaise with referring practices and hospitalsCoordinating treatmentPrepare treatment rooms for procedures practicing a high standard of infection controlSterilize and maintain equipmentAssist Surgeons during examinations and treatments when needed Requirements: Previous dental experience is a mustBe well presentedBe a people-orientated person with a warm caring nature and positive attitudeHave great attention to detail and take pride in their workComputer savvy, experience with Genie desirable but not mandatoryBeing able to work autonomously Wewould love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Clinical Coordinator,Patient Coordinator, Surgical Assistant or Practice ManagerHowto Apply: Pleasesubmit your resume to ****** or call Tara 1300658915
