Accounts Payable Officer About the role An opportunity exists for an experienced full-time Accounts Payable Officer to join the Group Corporate Office.
Key Duties include: Processing of invoice payments dailyChecking and verifying invoicesImporting invoices to Exflow (automated invoice entry system)Uploading Exflow invoices to Microsoft Dynamics 365Generating and reporting end-of-month Exflow payment runs for all entitiesPosting approved invoicesClearing approved tax invoice journalsHandling Accounts Payable queries and requestsCommunicating with the wider Finance teamPerforming other ad hoc tasks as required by the supervisorSkills and requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar roleExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferredHigh attention to detail and accurate processing skillsTime management with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and follow upHands-on approach and proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlinesGood communication (written and verbal) skillsAbility to work autonomously and handle self-directed learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
