Job Description Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.Ensure tax invoices comply with GST requirements for a valid tax invoice.Enter and code invoices into the accounting system.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.Reconcile accounts payable transactions.Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments.Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Payable professional should possess:
Proficiency in Dynamics and the MS Office Suite.A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.A solid understanding of accounts payable processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.The capability to work both independently and collaboratively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
