Accounts Payable Team Leader

Our head office based in Canning Vale is currently seeking a highly motivated and outcomes-oriented Accounts Payable Team Leader to join the Finance team as part of Camco's team of 450+ employees.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this important role provides oversight and responsibility for the day-to-day financial transactional activities of the accounts payable function.
What We're Looking For We're seeking a driven and proactive individual who wants to make a difference and has:
At least 6 years of accounts payable experience with supervisory experience.An engineering background is an advantage though not essential.An ability to identify opportunities to streamline, improve, and automate processes.Confidence to tackle and resolve issues and provide clear guidance to the business.Strong communication skills with an approachable and collaborative style.Exceptional planning and organisational skills.Key Responsibilities In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our accounts payable team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing accounts payable processes ensuring timely, accurate and efficient transaction processing.Leading, coaching, supporting and training the accounts payable team with the ability to provide cover for team member absences when required.Providing critical support to the Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer.Ensuring the accurate preparation, maintenance, and timely presentation of accounting transactions, documents, records, and reports.What's in it for you?
