YOUR NEW ROLEWorking from our Young NSW office, this opportunity will see you:
Complete return to work case management of ex-defence personnel.Provide smooth transitions back into the workforce.Provide holistic support through arrangement of relevant assessments.Liaise and collaborate with treating medical professionals and DVA personnel and other relevant parties.WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN USAHPRA registration as Physiotherapist or ESSA membership as Exercise Physiologist.Relevant tertiary allied health qualification required.12+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services.Current drivers' licence and access to own transport.Criminal check.Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000HOW TO APPLYIf Altius sounds like a place to be you, click 'Apply Now'.
