We're always up to somethingThe role As an Area Manager, you'll be responsible for growing the FISHBOWL brand across your geographic region.
You'll lead Restaurant Managers to achieve a healthy balance sheet and support their teams to thrive.
Skills and experience You'll have:
A passion for food and restaurant operationsThe desire to create a consistently excellent customer experience in line with our brand across multiple locationsPragmatic leadership skills with the motivation needed to grow with usExceptional influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution expertiseThe ability to lead, motivate, and build efficient teams in a fast-paced environmentCharacteristics reflective of FISHBOWL's ethos: self-motivated, positivity, service-oriented, flexible, and ethical with a high degree of integrity.You will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants, working with staff, Restaurant Managers, and Head Office in planning, directing, and coordinating restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing financial performance.

Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL's people and culture standardsCoach and develop Restaurant Managers in their career developmentWork closely with Head Office to help teams to drive sales growth and deliver resultsBe active in strategic planning and restaurant operationsDraw insights and take action on key metrics (e.g.
