Are you ready to lead growth for an international company with 60+ years of experience in the talent assessment field?
As one of the first Regional Managers in Australia, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing their presence and driving our expansion.
This role is open to candidates in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
Responsibilities Pioneering growth: Establish and develop our operations in Australia, positioning us as a leading player in the market.
Building client relationships: Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Australia.
Overseeing operations: Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
Identifying opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Skills Proven leadership experience: A successful track record of leading and managing teams in a new market.
Strong business acumen: A deep understanding of business operations and financial metrics.
Excellent communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation and build relationships with clients.
Problem-solving skills: A strategic and analytical mindset to address challenges and drive results.
