What does the job look like?
Linfox Queensland Mining Service business is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join the team in Richlands.
In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring inbound and outbound linehaul & PUD operations run efficiently, in line with the Linfox and customer requirements.
Key areas:
Participate and commit to Linfox safety standards and COR at all times Oversee cross-dock operations ensuring freight is planned, sorted and safely loaded and manifested Maintain accurate records management ensuring all freight movements are captured in TMS First point of contact for Brisbane mining customers, their vendors & subcontractors Continuous improvement initiatives to improve process and make work more efficient Provide support to the broader Mining Services team as required Are you the one?
As a tech savvy individual with a high attention to detail and excellent time management, you will have a strong commitment to drive safety and compliance across our business.
Your ability to work in an open, collaborative, and inclusive manner will ensure success in this role.
You can demonstrate:
Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment A strong understanding of fatigue management, load restraint and mass management Detailed knowledge of transportation and warehousing and/or receipting functions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using Excel and SAP will be highly regarded Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures What's in it for me?
