About the roleSafetyCulture Care is looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to grow and create an innovative approach to manage the insurance data analytics team, establish core Data Governance practices, harnessing external data to drive better insights and develop analytics to support business decision-making.
Reporting to the GM Product and Pricing, you'll implement new analytical and data tools, and manage change across different teams.
What you'll be responsible forOrganize and present data to effectively communicate findings.Data Governance.Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of data governance solutions.Data Analysis and Reporting.Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions.Skills you'll needIdentifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities.Numerical problem solving.Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems.Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.Meet the teamData & Analytics
