Position: Developer Programmer
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Developer Programmer to join our dynamic team.
This full-time role, consisting of 38 hours per week, is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
The successful applicant will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our software applications that keep us at the leading edge of the payment solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities: • Interpret specifications, technical designs, and flow charts to develop, maintain, and enhance software applications.

• Collaborate in formulating technology solutions that align with budgetary and operational policies.

• Construct technical specifications from functional business models, ensuring our software solutions meet the highest standards of functionality and user experience.

• Maintain and write program code to meet system requirements, system designs, and technical specifications while adhering to quality accredited standards.

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and operational procedures to support end-users and maintain system integrity.

• Engage in continuous testing and refinement of software applications to ensure superior performance and reliability.

Additional Responsibilities: • Innovate and propose software improvements to enhance system efficiency and user engagement.

• Assist in the integration of new technology systems with existing business processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Experience: • A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development or programming.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Salary: An attractive remuneration package of $105,000 - $115,000 plus superannuation per annum is on offer, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
