Betfair Australia is on the lookout for a Customer Service Operator to join our night team on a part-time basis.

RequirementsWhat we are looking for : A gun who has a love of sport and/or racing and all things relatedSomeone who enjoys teamwork in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environmentA superstar who has strong customer service experienceSome tasks include, but are not limited to :Undertaking the registration and education of new customersEfficiently and professionally answering calls and emails from customers, providing betting information and accurately completing bet placements on their behalfResponding promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emailsAssisting with and ensuring team procedures are appropriately documentedProcessing customer KYC (Identity Verification) checks across various methodsContinually updating knowledge around betting productsMaking outbound calls to establish and develop relationships with current and prospective customersWhat you will bring :A passion for customer serviceAn understanding of upholding confidentiality of sensitive customer informationThe ability to make clear and well-reasoned decisionsAvailability to work out of hours shifts and weekendsA high level of attention to detail, with an ability to effectively prioritize tasksStrong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office ApplicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInitiative.
