I'm looking for an experienced and motivated Windows 11 Systems Administrator to join the team of a large enterprise organisation on a contract basis.
This role offers you the chance to drive impactful IT projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver next-gen solutions for end users.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the Windows 11 Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering desktop projects in alignment with both business needs and project requirements.
From the design phase to implementation and support, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition and user experience.
Your tasks will include:
Leading and coordinating assigned desktop projects, ensuring they meet agreed standards and timelines.
Collaborating with project managers, IT teams, architects, and consultants to design, implement, and support end-user solutions.
Contributing to knowledge transfer and support documentation, helping hand over projects to the Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams.
Ensuring all project work complies with IT policies and standards, while presenting deliverables in line with company documentation practices.
Supporting strategic initiatives and promoting ABC's values, policies, and safety guidelines.
What I'm Looking For:
We're looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, a passion for end-user technologies, and strong project delivery experience.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A tertiary qualification in computing (e.g., Bachelor of IT or Engineering) or relevant certifications from Microsoft and other vendors.
Hands-On Experience managing, implementing, and supporting end-user technologies, particularly with Windows 11 and device fleet management tools like MECM/SCCM.
Technical expertise and proficiency in Windows 11, Active Directory, scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell), and cyber security best practices such as CIS baselines and ACSC Essential 8.
Strong troubleshooting abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and provide technical guidance to your team.
