Peninsula Health is the major metropolitan health service for Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula, providing care for a population of around 300,000 people across the life continuum.

We are a major teaching and research health facility, training the next generation of doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff.

What You Will Be Doing This role performs duties across a range of areas including compliance administration, providing support and guidance to managers/staff, and supporting daily team activities as the expert in the compliance space.
The primary focus of the role is to report on and maintain compliance standards across the organisation and actively support our operations in the delivery of effective recruitment and onboarding.
Additionally, the role is involved in the team's strategic projects and will be a key person in building our practices regarding compliance in our HRIS (Success Factors) system.
We anticipate you will have: Demonstrated experience in a comparable administration role Strong data interpretation skills Proven track record of stakeholder engagement Exceptional customer service skills and responsive follow-up Demonstrated ability to be organised, prioritise work, and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including intermediate ability in MS Office programs What Next If you experience any issues signing in or registering, please contact the People Experience Team at .
