About the RoleManage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent serviceDevelop strategies to increase sales and drive the team towards achieving KPIsRecruit, train and motivate staff to maintain a high standard of customer serviceLead and support a small team of up to 6 Desired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a retail environmentDemonstrable success in leading and motivating teamsA good understanding of financial targets and commercial awarenessExcellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills BenefitsCompetitive salary of $66,750 and bonus structureComprehensive training and development opportunitiesTuesday - Saturday roster, with one 3-day weekend per monthStaff discounts across the retailer's products and services
