As we continue to evolve, we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in uplifting our software capabilities.Position Overview:As the Business Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and improve software processes, ensuring they align with our strategic vision. This role involves leading and facilitating workshops, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving enhancements in our software offerings. If you're a proactive problem solver with a strong background in process modelling and facilitation, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive business process modelling to identify opportunities for software improvements and efficiencies.Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders, gathering requirements, documenting findings, and fostering collaboration.Work collaboratively with software development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Analyse current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to streamline operations through our software.Prepare and present reports, proposals, and user stories that clearly communicate insights and recommendations.Key Skills & Experience:Proven experience in business process modelling, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.Strong workshop facilitation skills, with a track record of engaging and guiding diverse groups towards consensus.Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and devising effective solutions.Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.Experience working in an agile environment is highly regarded.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally with experience insoftware uplift or improvement projects.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as BPMN 2.0.Why Join RXA Construct?Innovative Culture: Work in a team-driven, agile environment where innovation is encouraged.Professional Growth: Access to continuous learning opportunities, training, and support for career advancement.Flexibility: Benefit from our hybrid work policy, balancing remote work and in-office collaboration.Job Type: Full-timeWork Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: On the roadApplication Deadline: 10/01/2025
