This is through our steadfast commitment to providing patient and family-centred care at every level of our service and our continuous drive for service and operational excellence.Children's Health Queensland is a specialist statewide hospital and health service dedicated to caring for children and young people from across Queensland and northern New South Wales.We are committed to collaborating with all of our healthcare partners, most importantly families, to ensure we consistently deliver safe, high-quality patient and family-centred care.A recognised leader in paediatric healthcare, education and research, Children's Health Queensland delivers a full range of clinical services, tertiary level care and health promotion programs.We provide an integrated network of services through:Statewide services and programs, including specialist outreach and telehealth servicesPartnerships with other hospital and health services and non-government organisationsChildren's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.Position OverviewThe position of Project Officer will:Manage all aspects of the secretariat functions (e.g. proactively managing agendas/forward plans, setting priorities, managing multiple tasks and risks, achieving results within tight deadlines, and coordinating projects).Provide high level, confidential and client-focused executive support for the HSCE Forum and its Executive Director Forums, including (but not limited to):Health Service Chief Executives (HSCE)Chief Information Officers (CIO)Chief Operational Officers (COO)Executive Directors of Health Service Planning (EDHSP)Executive Directors of Workforce (EDWK)Executive Directors of Nursing and Midwifery (EDNM)Executive Directors of Medical Services (EDMS)First Nations Health Leads (FNHL)Infrastructure and Asset Management Executives (IAME)What CHQ HHS can offerApart from contributing to the development of Australia's best paediatric health service, you will also benefit from a competitive remuneration package and a working environment which embraces professional development, builds capabilities, and supports staff to maximise their health and wellbeing.
