The roleLocation: Melbourne or SydneyWhat Makes This Opportunity UniqueIf you are determined to achieve outstanding results, join a team that values ambition, collaboration, and proven expertise.
Job ResponsibilitiesProvide expert mentorship on Microsoft purchasing motionsPrepare Microsoft Agreements and Enrolments, ensuring flawless accuracy in pricing, volumetrics, and commercial termsAct as a subject matter expert regarding Microsoft Licensing and Product Use Rights, ensuring solutions fit customer needsFollow the Microsoft T-36 framework throughout the customer's agreement lifecycle, including Quarterly Business Reviews, True-up, anniversary processes, and road mappingUncover and develop opportunities within our customer base that align with our GTM strategyCollaborate closely with Account Managers, Solution Specialists, and other cross-functional departmentsAttend internal/external customer calls and co-present with the sales team as a subject matter expertDevelop and maintain active customer account plans to improve opportunities and increase gross profit attainmentProvide assistance in resolving issues and addressing partner concerns in collaboration with customers, Microsoft, and internal teams.Support enablement for customers on Microsoft products, licensing changes, and beneficial servicesAssist with customer setup and onboarding with SoftwareOne and MicrosoftWhat we need to see from youFull-time work rights in AustraliaLocation: Melbourne or Sydney (Ability to commute to our local office twice a week)Minimum 2 years+ enterprise experience with Microsoft volume licensing programsPreferred to have the M365 and or Azure fundamentals certificationJob FunctionSoftware & Cloud
