The role
Location: Melbourne or Sydney What Makes This Opportunity Unique If you are determined to achieve outstanding results, join a team that values ambition, collaboration, and proven expertise.
Job Responsibilities Provide expert mentorship on Microsoft purchasing motions Prepare Microsoft Agreements and Enrolments, ensuring flawless accuracy in pricing, volumetrics, and commercial terms Act as a subject matter expert regarding Microsoft Licensing and Product Use Rights, ensuring solutions fit customer needs Follow the Microsoft T-36 framework throughout the customer's agreement lifecycle, including Quarterly Business Reviews, True-up, anniversary processes, and road mapping Uncover and develop opportunities within our customer base that align with our GTM strategy Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Solution Specialists, and other cross-functional departments Attend internal/external customer calls and co-present with the sales team as a subject matter expert Develop and maintain active customer account plans to improve opportunities and increase gross profit attainment Provide assistance in resolving issues and addressing partner concerns in collaboration with customers, Microsoft, and internal teams.
Support enablement for customers on Microsoft products, licensing changes, and beneficial services Assist with customer setup and onboarding with SoftwareOne and Microsoft What we need to see from you Full-time work rights in Australia Location: Melbourne or Sydney (Ability to commute to our local office twice a week) Minimum 2 years+ enterprise experience with Microsoft volume licensing programs Preferred to have the M365 and or Azure fundamentals certification
