(subject to review and approval)About the Role:We are inviting applications from suitably qualified social workers with more than 6 years post qualifying experience to apply for the position of Social Work Clinical Educator.
Our Social Work Department provides Social Work services across the Canberra Hospital including the emergency department, ICU, maternity, paediatrics, medical and surgical wards.The successful applicant will have a high level of clinical social work skills, experience in developing and presenting skills education, and mentoring and developing clinical skills with social workers.
This position forms part of the Social Work Department Leadership team.Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:Have a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011.Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.For more information on this position and how to apply, please refer to the application link.Canberra Health Services (CHS) is focused on the delivery of high quality, effective, person-centred care.
