Working on campus, you will be a key part of the leadership overseeing all non-teaching functions.

The Role As the Head of Finance & Operations, you will be responsible for all non-teaching functions including finance, HR & payroll, IT & property, and enrollments.
You will manage a team of 6 and contribute to the leadership of the organisation.
You will also serve as Company Secretary.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Overall finance management including hands-on reportingComplete budgeting and forecasting processesCash flow and treasury managementGovernment compliance reportingHR management & oversight of payrollCompany secretarial duties including all regulatory requirements & reports, preparing Board agendas & packs, and minute takingProperty management for 2 sitesOverall IT managementDevelop strategy as part of the leadership team and deliver on strategic goalsCAPEX modelling and reporting as requiredYour Background To be considered for this Head of Finance & Operations role, you may be an existing Head of Finance or a Finance Manager looking to step up into a broader role.
You should also have the following skills and attributes:
