From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.Our Financial Counsellors provide financial counselling to clients and conduct thorough assessment processes that ensure clients receive a prompt and efficient service.
This integrates with our state-wide telephone financial counselling service (Moneycare).The role you could playIn this role, you would be providing financial counselling for people who are in financial difficulty or hardship or are wishing to avoid such situations.
Additionally, you will develop options that alleviate financial hardship, build financial resilience, and improve personal wellbeing.This role can be full-time or part-time for the right candidate.
