Title and Summary Role: Responsible for delivering top quality work as a Principal (Acquiring Specialist) in the Advisors & Consulting Services (project delivery) function, with focus on building the Merchant Acquiring business.
Function as a Subject Matter Expert for delivery projects across the South East Asia markets.Operate in an SME capacity for multiple consecutive engagements.Support Business Development team in the scoping of new engagement opportunities.Collaboratively pitch proposals to new prospective client opportunities with Business Development.Rigorously identify issues covering client problems in the projects managed.Generate key hypotheses and structure work at the project level.Develop effective working relationships with mid- to senior-level client management.Synthesize answers into clear, sound recommendations.Identify creative and useful additional answers required and suggest new paradigms for recommendations.Assess client agenda, internal culture and change readiness.Create effective, impactful and quality assured storylines and slides at the project level.Manage a project team consisting of junior consultants.Participate in training and developing team members, as requested.Proactively contribute in the development of the Global Acceptance Practice (knowledge sharing, training, collateral development).
