We're looking for a motivated and experienced Educational Leader to join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team at Jabiru Spring Mountain and inspire the next generation through engaging, innovative learning experiences.

As an Educational Leader in OSHC, you're a creative educator, designing and implementing programs that enhance children's learning, social skills and overall well-being outside of traditional school hours.
You also play a pivotal role in training and mentoring fellow educators, ensuring they deliver engaging and effective programs.
You will become a role model, creating an atmosphere that fosters curiosity, critical thinking and play-based learning.
Lead, Inspire and Train
Not only will you lead by example, but you'll guide and train educators to become the best they can be.
You will develop and deliver training sessions, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement among the team, ensuring excellence in every interaction with children.

About You
Passion for Child Development: You love working with children and understand the importance of fostering a positive, engaging learning environment.
Leadership, Mentorship and Initiative: You're a natural leader who is excited to train, mentor and inspire educators while developing and implementing creative educational programs.
Commitment to our purpose and philosophy Qualified or enrolled in a Diploma or higher qualification in Education, Childcare, Humanities, Allied Health, Sport or similar Current (or ability to obtain) First Aid, CPR & Asthma / Anaphylaxis qualifications Valid WWCC (Paid Blue Card) Availability to work over split shifts / Monday to Friday What's in it for you?
