With a Medium Rise building license and a commitment to excellence, we deliver top-quality outcomes while fostering a positive and supportive team culture. www.PrecisionProjectsCo.com.auRole Overview:We are seeking a Sports Surfaces Project Manager to join our team, managing projects across the Brisbane City Council, Redlands City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, and Sunshine Coast Council areas. Ideally, the successful candidate will be based centrally to these LGAs, although this is not mandatory.This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, including project management, client engagement, and occasional hands-on work onsite. With a high level of autonomy, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the role and contribute to the growth of our sports turf surfaces division.The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and is happy to travel and occasionally stay away from home to ensure project quality and success.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Project Management: Secure and manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.Onsite Oversight: Lead onsite activities, including hands-on work with equipment when needed.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client connections, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Team Coordination: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project timelines effectively to deliver quality outcomes.Travel to Projects: Be available to travel to various locations across the listed LGAs, ensuring high standards of quality and execution.Budget and Quality Control: Oversee project budgets and schedules while maintaining exceptional standards.Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies to grow our sports turf surfaces division.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in sports turf surfaces, landscaping, or a related project management role.Strong knowledge of turf surfaces including synthetic, installation techniques, and industry standards.A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive team dynamics.A genuine passion for delivering high-quality projects and contributing to business growth.Willingness to travel and occasionally stay away from home for project success.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.A fully maintained company vehicle.Autonomy and flexibility in your role.A supportive team environment that values collaboration and success.Opportunities for career growth within a thriving business.How to Apply:If you're ready to step into a rewarding and autonomous role, and you bring both expertise and a team-first mindset, we'd love to hear from you Send your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and passion for the role to ****** Projects is an equal opportunity employer.
