The Opportunity:

Come and join our team
We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Avondale Heights.
You will be responsible for supporting our Italian client located in the northern suburbs with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life.
Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
Providing support with hygiene and personal care
Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
To be successful in this role you will have:

Fluency in Italian
A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
Australian Drivers License (minimum P2), reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
