Exercise Physiologist - Rethinking Recovery Full-time State: NSW Job Status: Full Time IPAR is a national occupational rehabilitation provider supporting thousands of people who may be living with an illness, disability, or injury.

We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Exercise Physiology interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in the Sydney CBD area .
In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day with support from a strong team of healthcare professionals.
You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological.
Duties of the role include:
Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants.
Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
Working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs.
Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical skills.
Delivering our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery.
You'll be a driven professional with the following qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology with registration with ESSA and SIRA Accreditation.
Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills.
Compassion and empathy.
Well-developed time management skills.
A current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.
