Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day could include:
Partnering with clients to develop tailored recruitment strategies .
Crafting and optimising job ads to attract top-notch talent .
Sourcing and shortlisting candidates with innovative techniques .
Conducting phone screens to assess candidate fit.
Designing recruitment marketing strategies and enhancing employer branding .
Building talent pools to create strong pipelines.
Drafting structured interview guides for hiring managers.
Providing constructive feedback to candidates.
Ensuring a first-class candidate experience throughout the process.
Staying up-to-date on employment law and recruitment best practices.
What You'll Bring
2+ years of internal recruitment experience .
Creative problem-solving skills with an out-of-the-box approach .
Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
? Solid understanding of employment law in recruitment.
? Excellent communication and organisational skills.
? Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple priorities like a pro.
