About your role: Elevate your career
Join the Unita team as an Estimator and become a pivotal player in shaping new projects.
This is a chance to make an impact on high end bespoke fit out projects, directly influencing the success of ground-breaking ventures.
What your days will look like: As an Estimator with Unita, you will be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with key stakeholders to craft cost-effective and high-quality plans.
You'll drive the success of high-end projects by adhering to tendering timelines and uncovering hidden works within tender documents, ensuring crucial milestones are hit every week
You'll immerse yourself in each project, meticulously sourcing top-tier subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee exceptional compliance and capability.
Your collaboration with the construction team from the outset will ensure each project is delivered on budget without compromising quality - every time
What you will bring to the role: We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join the Unita team
You will bring a wealth of experience with a minimum of 5+ years in estimation across diverse projects.
Your expertise includes a deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, pricing strategies, and industry practices.
Additionally, you possess strong team-building abilities, adeptness in motivating and inspiring others, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and industry-specific software, and a proven capability to cultivate and sustain productive relationships.
