As a part of our founding Australian team, you'll play a key role in making the digital world safer with SoSafe's cybersecurity solutions.If building, enabling, and selling is your passion, and you perceive yourself as a leader who thrives on sharing knowledge, coaching, and professionally developing a highly driven sales team, this role could be for you.
You bring a deep knowledge of the ANZ region and a contagious enthusiasm for establishing a new territory within a fast-growing scale-up.

Read onYour MissionBuild, guide, and coach a successful Sales & BDR team in ANZ marketSet KPIs and report to HQ with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecastsEnsure customers receive the highest level of work quality throughout the entire sales processBe prepared to work with limited available resources, navigating problems and identifying opportunities to achieve successOversee the sales team effectively while fostering strong relationships with local partnersBuild brand awareness in ANZ market but also in APAC regionYour ProfileSeveral years of sales management experience, ideally in a high speed or scaling environmentA solid knowledge of B2B SaaS salesA trusted coach with excellent people and leadership experiencesProven aptitude to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and colleaguesA track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales revenue goals.Excellent communication and people skillsStriving to achieve business results and key metrics, with a strong sense of accountability and ownershipFluency in EnglishWhy us?At SoSafe, you'll be part of a cybersecurity team that thrives on innovation, safeguarding organisations against evolving threats and making the digital world a safer place.
