Customer Success Specialist - Life Science Software KE Select is one of Australia's leading Scientific and Medical recruitment firms.
With offices and reach throughout ANZ and a market presence spanning almost 10 years, KE Select is quickly becoming the recruiter of choice for many organisations within the Life Science, Medical Device, Clinical Diagnostics and Pathology space.
We have partnered with an expanding software solutions provider to the Life Science manufacturing industry.
Due to continued growth across the business, they are seeking a new Customer Success Specialist in their software division to support ongoing software implementation projects for Quality Management and Regulatory purposes.
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the role serves as a key client contact for the business across ANZ and Asia.
Responsibilities: Manage multiple project streams simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities. Oversee the successful execution of projects. Work alongside Business Development and Engineers to provide exceptional customer service. Provide development and assistance to the product training of clients. Manage delivery of timeline-related documentation. Deliver ongoing support, demonstrating excellent relationship management ability. Accountable for client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Requirements: 3 years of experience in SaaS customer implementation, service and support, and/or project management. Highly organized in time management and multi-tasking. Excellent communication and people skills. Proven relationship management, project management, and negotiation skills. Flexible, adaptable, and productive. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience required. PMP or CAPM certifications preferred. Life Science industry knowledge preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a newly established position with an expanding business.
