About FES Group For 27 years, Flood Emergency Services (FES) has been delivering fast, reliable, and affordable building restoration to Australian homes and businesses. We provide a 24x7x365 service and will be on-site in 60–90 minutes to help our clients mitigate the impact of water damage. Our technicians and project managers are IICRC qualified, and we provide compliance certificates on job completion to give our clients assurance that their premises are safe and that water damage has been addressed. Our mission is to provide rapid, reliable, and compassionate flood emergency response services that protect lives, minimize property damage, and help communities recover quickly. We are committed to delivering expert solutions in flood mitigation, water extraction, and restoration, ensuring safety and peace of mind during times of crisis. FES Group services both B2B and B2C sectors. We are scaling rapidly, and now is the time to join us in this exciting period of growth. We are seeking to invest in new starters for the long-term.
The Opportunity We are seeking seasoned Sales professionals to join our team on-site in Varsity Lakes. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound calls, closing deals, capturing client and job data, handing over jobs to our service delivery teams, and providing occasional post-sales support to clients. Experience in our industry is not required as full training will be provided.
About You Mandatory Requirements You have full Australian working rightsYou have 5+ years of proven experience as an inbound Sales professional (phone-based)You can empathise with callers who have just been impacted by a floodYou can follow a process to qualify opportunities based on value and riskYou can follow a process to support callers through providing key job information and accept job termsYou can capture information in a consistent formatYou can process rapid job hand-overs to service delivery teamsYou have strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsYou can prioritise tasks effectivelyYou are resilient when dealing with a large call volume when demand is highYou are tech-savvy and can use a variety of cloud-based toolsIdeal Candidate Profile 10+ years of proven experience as an inbound Sales professional (phone-based)Experience selling time & materials based servicesExperience in restoration, trade, or insurance sectorsExperience in B2B and B2C salesExperience proactively identifying and delivering on continuous improvement initiatives during any downtimeResponsibilities Achieve agreed sales KPIs (qualification and conversion)Achieve job hand-over KPIs (speed)Achieve client satisfaction KPIs (sentiment)Full training providedAll sales are inbound with no prospecting requiredLucrative commission structureModern waterfront offices with parking in a great districtA rapidly growing business that welcomes the input of all staff in shaping the future directionOpportunities for additional on-call hours to increase annual take-home payNOTE: Please answer these questions in your cover letter:
