Key Responsibilities Assist with the delivery of business outcomes for new AdTech / MarTech.Support the marketing teams across the enterprise to deliver great customer personalisation activities by building on our Customer Data Platform (CDP).Apply your passion for data and technology in a Marketing environment. In this Senior Business Analyst (AdTech) role, you will Work cross-functionally across business areas and stakeholders to develop a robust understanding of business needs, including the facilitation/input of agile ceremonies such as workshops, sprints, kickoff and walkthrough meetings.Coordinate project artefacts and documentation to ensure the value chain is equipped with detailed, up-to-date information and requirements, including relevant documentation regarding project governance and general project resources.Be a key interface for delivery teams, overseeing and clarifying key requirements proactively to ensure the overall project continues on track.Assist with product testing, review, and rollout including hypercare post-execution.Assist the Customer Data Platform (CDP) Product Owner by building audiences to work alongside external stakeholders such as media agencies to deliver various initiatives. What you'll bring Demonstrable experience completing business analyst activities (analysis, process mapping, etc.)
within a similar environment.
Digital marketing background and/or experience within a banking environment preferred.Experience or exposure to Agile working is well regarded.Experience with CDPs such as Tealium is highly regarded.
Experience with Data Management Platforms (DMPs) is also advantageous.
Being comfortable learning new platforms is preferred.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently communicate with influence to negotiate, engage, and leverage key stakeholders and partners.Strong commercial acumen, able to simplify complex issues, identify opportunities, and proactively create solutions and optimisations.
