As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre.
You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will: Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practiceBuild and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvementWork with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating businessAbout Goodstart Gateshead: Goodstart Gateshead is the prime location near Lake Macquarie and Charlestown, a nurturing residential setting offering easy access to local shops, schools, and public transport.
As a Centre Director, you'll find yourself in a rewarding experience of:
Leading a dedicated team of 36+ Early Childhood ProfessionalsOverseeing an 86-place centre across six rooms (Nursery, Toddlers, and Kindergarten/Pre-school)Operating hours from 7am to 6pm, Monday to FridayThis role offers an exciting opportunity to combine leadership, educational innovation, and community engagement while making a positive impact on the centre's modern practices.
