Highlight in case of any scope change.Conduct product demo sessions for Client SMEs.Experience 13 to 15 yrs.Required Technical Skills: MuleSoft CH, Platform Architecture, RTF, Strong Knowledge on MuleSoft core components, Good Understanding of DevOps tools (Azure, Jenkins), Strong working/implementation Knowledge on Various Design and Integration patterns, Strong knowledge on MuleSoft core connectors such as (SalesForce, SAP, ServiceNow etc), Good working knowledge on Integration with External Identity providers, oAUTH and JWT integration patterns.Nice to have Domain Skills: Insurance, Telecom, Health.2.
Key Responsibilities – list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis:Collaborate with Customer SMEs to define To Be Business Processes.Prepare Functional Specifications.Act as the point of contact for Client for functional aspects, acting as a bridge between the offshore team and Client.Work with Enterprise architect to define arch guidelines, Patterns & Standards for Integration platform.Support Enterprise architect to design & Develop the Common Service frameworks.Perform Design, Code, Unit Test Review.Perform API code peer reviews within API development team and seek feedback & guidance from Core Team.Align with Core Team to understand the API Specifications and constraints.Provide expertise in developed tools and processes.Own the API Lifecycle and enforce the SDLC and lead CI/CD pipeline.Conduct product demo sessions for Client SMEs.Manage robust teams including BAs, Tech Leads, Cross technology Architects, Developers & QA.Liaise and manage collaboration between horizontals to bring in synergies and ensure successful delivery.Take accountability for delivery of work packages to customer-facing project teams, ensuring packages are delivered on time and with quality.Ensure all projects have equivalent test methods with at least one valid unit test (using an assertion).Ensure total test coverage within QA and higher environments is at least 85%.Ensure all code is peer-reviewed against Cognizant development standards prior to deployment to QA.Maintain and publish development standards to broader technical teams on a quarterly basis.Ensure developers incorporate code review feedback prior to deployment to QA; enforce practice with regular training & project audits.Ensure version control is correctly set up at the beginning of the project.Ensure all developers use version control as the source of truth for development.Be an active part of the COE, owning technical & solution reviews for all projects regularly.Report to internal senior management or Leadership teams on overall engagement (across different dimensions like delivery, bid management, staffing, financials, etc.
).Understand pain areas of business and present workable solutions.Act as the escalation point when issues arise and understand what to do and who to work with to resolve them.Stay focused in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with multiple competing priorities.Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and various IT and business stakeholders.Keep up to date with releases and new functionality.Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.Manage time accurately and report own work.Deliver quality, on-time agreed deliverables.Work on multiple applications/projects/BAU enhancements simultaneously with a "can do" attitude.Grow practice maturity by leading internal initiatives to develop methodology, tooling, and skillsets, including owning Architect & CTA Academy, enabling CICD & version control for all projects.Define & enable development plans for TLs to develop into strong TAs.Help drive bootcamp for developers and enforce best practices.Essential Skills:Extensive experience in handling large delivery engagements with strong integration program management.Delivered multiple full end-to-end implementations/projects, especially in highly integrated/complex ecosystems.Strong program management and problem-solving skills.Excellent presentation and written communication skills.Strong exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies.Exceptionally strong in scope management.Ownership of key projects' timelines, deliverables, budget, and metrics.Proven ability to manage a portfolio and drive operational improvements.Flexibility in time and attitude.Independently manage the whole program and respective stakeholders/projects.Hands-on experience with setting up branching strategy, version control & CICD.Nice to Have Skills:Communication skills – Interpersonal and Written: Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations and business writing.Customer Service and Commercial Awareness: Drive to understand, agree, and satisfy customer requirements (internal & external) and deliver high-quality service.Developing Others: Ability to work with others and coach them to develop their capabilities.Innovation: Willingness to generate new ways of doing things and successful ideas.Problem Solving: Effective application of knowledge, skills, and techniques to resolve problems.Team Working: Desire to work cooperatively with others on a team.Judgment and Decision Making: Ability to make sound decisions based on business needs.Date of posting: 18/12/2024#LI-CTSAPAC
