The role has a strong focus on improved renter and sector engagement, risk management and delivering commercial and quality community outcomes.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDELead and execute new strategies and initiatives to improve Victoria's social housing services for people who use services, including supporting the efficient management of housing assets and delivering best practice services for service users and community partners.Translate strategic directions into successful project delivery, bringing business acumen and a focus on achieving client-oriented and organisational value for money outcomes (financial and non-financial).Use executive leadership to develop and implement a delivery plan for unit responsibilities including a management and reporting arrangement for lease management and other critical housing functions.Please open the position description to read more.All VPS employees (and ex-VPS employees with extended access to the Jobs and Skills Exchange website) MUST apply via the
