Assistant Manager - Subway St Lucia We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subway Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead our team and ensure the successful operation of our Subway restaurant.
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.Maintain and exceed Subway's high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or feedback.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as Subway's policies and procedures.Monitor and control operating costs, including food and labor expenses.Collaborate with the franchise owner or company management to achieve business goals.Keep accurate records and generate reports related to restaurant performance.Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.Qualifications:
Previous Subway experience or a similar role in the fast-food industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.Basic computer skillsSubway certification and training preferred but not required (we provide training).Benefits:
