The role Reporting to the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will verify that products produced at the facility meet the required specification for quality and food safety, achieved through the application of routine reliability testing of finished products:
Duties include:
Auditing of the Pre-Requisite Programs (PRPs) that are implemented to support the Food Safety and Quality programs.
These PRPs include a range of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) activities that are implemented across the site.Conduct daily onsite quality control, documentation, and processes, including completing records as required by document control.Actively collaborating with Production staff to ensure compliance with food safety standards and participating in continuous improvement and project initiatives within the factory.Conduct in-line production checks with label, weight, and box checks.This role is a full-time role based at our Ingleburn Processing Facility operating Monday to Friday.
Depending on operational demand, you may be required to work a public holiday or a weekend on an ad-hoc basis.
