Role Responsibilities : Responsible for driving the ecommerce business across our key categories (Personal Care, Beauty & Wellbeing, Home Care & Nutrition) focusing on profit and market share growth.Reporting & analysis of eCommerce financials and key KPI's.Enhance customer engagements through strategic partnerships with key customers & support key account teams in building ecommerce specific JBPs.Support & drive our Omnichannel retailers with online activities, focusing on Woolworths and Coles.Track Ecommerce activation excellence against predefined goals.Lead the Design for Channel for eCommerce based on channel insights to optimize product range and promotional plans.Ensure our products meet Perfect Store Online guidelines.Track and report on digital campaign effectiveness, ensuring benchmarks are reached.Collaborate with internal category teams to develop online promotional strategies.Measure and analyze promotional activity to optimize future plans.Develop integrated relationships with internal brand, category, and customer teams to embed omnichannel strategies.Educate internal stakeholders on eCommerce initiatives and build capability.Drive the Test & Learn agenda to identify new opportunities with clear goals set against key activities.What you will need to succeed Experiences & Qualifications : 3+ years of business experience, preferably cross-functional.Commercial / category background with experience working with external partners/customers/agencies.Skills : Operational knowledge of the eCommerce and/or Digital media channel.Commercially astute with the ability to creatively plan digital levers for growth.Strong ability to influence and work through others for best results.Strong business & analytical acumen.Proven track record of sustained delivery and building capability/talent.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong prioritization and organization skills.A passion for the evolving eCommerce landscape.Leadership : Energized by delivering results and setting an example for others.Responsible for personal wellbeing and high standards of work.Focus on consumer needs and identifying opportunities to improve.What awaits you at Unilever?
