About the roleAs their senior front of house representative, you will be presenting the organization with first impressions face to face, where no two days will be the same.
You will be providing superior customer service by greeting high-end clients professionally, preparing and serving high-quality beverages, including barista-made coffee, arranging refreshments for meetings, events, and clients, while also providing administration and facilities support to the office.
Key duties: Greeting high-end clients Supporting with events and functions Organizing catering Management of email, meeting rooms, and online bookings Scheduling meetings and appointments General administration duties Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment Handling client inquiries and offering assistance promptly Preparing and serving high-quality beverages, including barista-made coffee Arranging and serving food and refreshments for meetings, events, and clients Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen and refreshment areas Communicating with internal teams and external vendors for catering or event coordination Handling any special requests or last-minute changes from clients efficiently
Requirements/Skills Experience within in-house corporate hospitality Exceptional interpersonal skills Highly advantageous front of house experience High attention to detail Competency with IT systems Presentation skills must be of the highest standard
