Exciting Opportunity for a Facility Manager in Aged Care
An established and respected Aged Care provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Residential Aged Care Home.
This is an exciting leadership role that offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of residents, while ensuring operational excellence and a positive work environment for staff.
Key Details:
Position: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $150,000 + Super
Facility Size: 128 Bed Modern Nursing Home
Accreditation: Fully accredited and next one due in July 2026
Support Structure: Facility Manager > 2x Care Manager > 2x Clinical Care Coordinator > Quality & Compliance Coordinator > Registered Nurse > Care Staff

What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Would consider stand-out non-clinical FMs.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Aged Care legislation and AN-ACC standards.
Leadership: Proven management experience as the 1st in Charge within Aged Care.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to support a multi-disciplinary team.
