Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing Company Overview: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing (based on experience) to join our team at Bedding co, delivering luxury sleep solutions since 2000 and providing Australians with comfortable and downright gorgeous bedding and homewares.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts including paid advertising, email marketing, content creation, SEO, and brand marketing.
This role is pivotal in driving our brand presence and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on initially, playing a crucial role until our marketing team expands.
Key Role Requirements:
Paid Advertising Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and Google Ads to maximise ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and optimise budgets for effectiveness.
Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) Marketing Strategise and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, focusing on segmentation, personalisation, and engagement.
Ensure timely deployment and optimisation of email campaigns.
Content Creation / Social Media Create (or procure) engaging content for diverse social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to expand our online presence.
Implement effective social media strategies to boost engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Stay updated on social media trends and industry developments to enhance strategy effectiveness.
Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars, ensuring regular and engaging posts.
Execute social media campaigns to promote special offers and events.
Engage with our online community, providing timely and professional responses.
Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to gather materials and execute promotions.
Lead brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and campaign strategies.
Analyse social media performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and monitor performance metrics.
Brand & Marketing Develop and communicate creative marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and PR activities.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Analyse campaign data and prepare detailed reports on KPIs and ROI.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to update and develop brand assets.
Additional Responsibilities: Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including product packaging, promotional content, and social media.
Support new product launches with go-to-market plans and promotional strategies.
Perform occasional non-marketing duties as needed in a small business environment.
Key Skills & Attributes:
5-10+ years of marketing experience with proven success in digital marketing campaign execution and revenue growth.
Expertise in content creation, social media management, and digital advertising (Meta, Instagram, Google Ads).
Strong creative and copywriting skills, with a portfolio demonstrating past campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
Experience with EDM marketing, preferably using Klaviyo.
Knowledge of Shopify and ability to work within it is desirable.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Ability to thrive in a small team environment and meet team targets.
Place of Work: The role will be based at our warehouse in Kings Park NSW, Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working options may be considered during the application process.
