Due to growth we are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist for our Warner's Bay residence.
Working as part of the Allied Health team, Physiotherapists play a crucial role in helping maintain the functional independence of our clients through the delivery of evidence-based, active interventions.
Arcare Warner's Bay is a premium 110 suite residence.

What we can offer: Supportive, friendly team environmentLeading facilities & programsTraining and educational opportunitiesPosition Summary: The Physiotherapist is responsible for helping to improve clients' physical, cognitive, and psycho-social functions and to optimise their functional capacity for activities of daily living.
Physiotherapists play a crucial role in maximising residents' function and quality of life.
The Physiotherapist will be part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure a person-centred, evidence-based, continuous quality improvement work environment that is consistent with the values of Arcare.
Role responsibilities: Performing functional assessments on admission with periodic reviewsDeveloping tailored treatment plansDelivering therapy services in both 1:1 and group settingsAttending to referrals and post-fall reviewsProviding manual handling trainingDocumenting treatment planning and interventionsLeading and supervising Allied Health AssistantsContributing to multi-disciplinary team meetingsTo be successful: Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or higherRight to Work in AustraliaReady to Apply: It really is our people and culture that set us apart, with our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
