MAINair Commercial Pty Ltd (MAINair) is a South Australian privately owned and operated Company performing service, maintenance and installation of commercial air conditioning & mechanical services equipment throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia.

MAINair is currently seeking a Commissioning and DLP Technician to complement our Team.
We are also keen to speak with any senior technicians that are interested in transitioning into a Commissioning & DLP role.

Summary of role on offer
Successful candidates will be required to work both within a Team environment and independently.
Excellent communication skills with both clients and other employees is essential as well as being able to pass knowledge and experience onto apprentices assisting with their training and development.

Coordinate any in-house commissioning of newly installed Air Conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical systems.
Provide communication and work in parallel with Projects Managers & Supervisors throughout the construction & commissioning phases of projects.
Highlight any concerns throughout the construction phase to the Projects Team for their actioning.
Attend drawing review meetings and provide feedback on access for commissioning and ongoing maintenance.
Completion and submission of detailed commissioning reports including ITPs as required.
Coordinate witnessing of commissioning with relevant consultants/builders to prove results as required.
Receive initial DLP handover from MAINair Commercial Project Managers.
Set up DLP jobs on software platform and allocate all plant & equipment listing.
Upload all relevant Project information to DLP.
Schedule DLP inspections in line with consultants' documentation and O&M specification.
Liaise with DLP clients and create relationships.
Communicate with MAINair Commercial Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
Prepare maintenance proposals and work with the Service and/or Account Manager to secure clients post DLP.
