We are currently looking for an experienced Drilling Field Supervisor to join our team at one of our Tier 1 client sites.
Candidates with a demonstrated history of working to strict safety and quality standards in a field leadership capacity are strongly encouraged to apply.
The successful applicant will have a mature attitude towards safety and possess a strong team-leadership focus.
A passion for drilling and a hard-working attitude is essential.

Day-to-day responsibilities include: Providing safety leadership and assisting team members with the development of thorough risk assessments, critical control verifications and job safety analysis.Ensuring all operations are conducted in line with relevant legislations and standards.Provide ongoing coaching to develop your team; including addressing performance and conduct issues.Coordinate and allocate work as required to meet drilling plans and run rates.Ensuring mechanical availability of assets through basic maintenance, reporting process, and effective prestart and preventative maintenance schedules.Liaise with the Project Leader regarding the progress of the drilling program.Conduct reviews of employee performance.Participate in toolbox and safety meetings and take immediate action on feedback.Lead investigations of all incidents / hazard management issues.A few other things we're looking for: Minimum of three years drilling experience at a Supervisory levelProven leadership experienceCert IV in Drilling Operations (Desirable)Manual Drivers LicenceTraining and Assessment Qualifications or relevant experience (Desirable)Strong communicator and commitment to leading by exampleAbility to undertake a pre-employment medical and provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance.Our varied range of services and products requires bringing together diverse and complimentary people.
