Board Directors

The Company is seeking four Non-Executive Directors to join its Board.
The ideal candidates will bring a diverse range of experience in corporate governance, executive-level leadership, strategic risk management, financial management (preferably with CPA qualifications), compliance and legal obligations (ideally with legal qualifications), public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
A strong understanding of for-purpose organizational governance requirements is essential.
As a Board Director, the successful candidates will be expected to provide strategic leadership, hold a visionary mindset, and apply business acumen in line with sound governance principles.
A genuine commitment to enhancing the impact of the organization's work in the community is also a key requirement.
Applications for the Non-Executive Director positions are open to individuals from all backgrounds, including those with a passion for the organization's mission and a desire to contribute to a community free from sexual assault and family violence.
The roles are part-time and involve bi-monthly, in-person board meetings, as well as virtual committee meetings.
The successful candidates will work closely with the recently appointed CEO and other Board members to ensure the organization's continued growth and effectiveness in supporting the communities it serves.
