Manager (Health Informatics)

Manager (Health Informatics) Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner to federal health and social services agencies, has an opening for Manager with Health Informatics experience.
You will work closely with and support our federal health clients to make data more usable.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in a healthcare environment working with data and experience working in a consulting role.
This is for future openings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage Electronic Medical Records and analyze information systemsCreate new methods of storing and transmitting informationIntegrate data across multiple departmentsTrain medical staff in how to use electronic programsResponsible for providing stakeholder management, requirements gathering, information modeling, process documentation, and liaison tasks required to support the development of clinical informatics software or other clinical informatics project activitiesMinimum Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Health, Health Informatics, Health Systems Administration, or other similar fieldMinimum of ten (10) years of experience in program analysis and/or informatics supporting federal health agencies (strong preference for Veterans Health Administration experience)Minimum of five (5) years of experience in management consultingExperience with requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, user acceptance testing, and artifact development/documentation of systems used in the capture or standardization of health information, clinical information, or other data related to therapeutic discovery, medical research, or life sciencesExperience working with a diverse team of senior leaders and clients while flexibly adjusting to managing shifting demands and ambiguity, reprioritization of objectives, and mitigating rapid changeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while interacting and managing a variety of stakeholdersStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePointProven ability to identify and help resolve issues and risksProven ability to lead a team ensuring that all requirements are fulfilledAuthorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorshipAbility to obtain a public trustPreferred Qualifications PMP certificationExperience with SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practicesAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.

Work location is flexible if approved by the company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
