Due to unprecedented growth in the residential construction sector, we are offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Scheduler to join our residential construction team.

The RoleReporting to the Residential Construction Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling a wide variety and complexity of dwellings including single and two storey houses.
Key functions in your role will include:
Completing scheduling works to facilitate the progress of the project Working cooperatively with our drafting, contracts, and prestart departments to facilitate the smooth progression of the scheduling works Requesting and evaluating quotes from our suppliers and subcontractors Creating a full bill of quantities Preparing and sending purchase orders Producing 'Call Forward' sheets Raising and monitoring variations Attending to general and construction queries from clients, supervisors, sub-contractors, and suppliers As the successful candidate you will have: Minimum of 2-4 years of scheduling experience with single double brick homes Strong commitment to high standards of quality and efficiency Capacity to work within tight time restraints Strong time management and organisational skills Proficient in Databuild, Clckhome, Excel Exceptional attention to detail Effective communication and sound problem-solving skills Diploma of Building and Construction will be highly regarded In return, we will offer you: Excellent salary package Friendly and supportive work environment Modern office with great amenities and onsite parking Strong career development opportunities Study assistance Employee Assistance Program #J-18808-Ljbffr
