Studio Assistants | part-time & casual Lead Educators | part-time (Monday to Friday required) We are looking for Team Members who: have a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care will nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children's learning are looking for a fun and meaningful career with a chance to grow As an Assistant Educator you will be creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintain excellent relationships with families, children and other team members.
In addition our Lead Educators work closely with our Leadership Team and lead our Assistant Educator team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that supports children's learning and development.
It is required that you record children's progress, routines and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices. Sparrow Early Learning Karana Downs is a beautiful 67 place centre offering four Reggio Emilia inspired rooms.
We offer care with a warm, nurturing space for them to learn and grow.
Our centre is located in a quiet street amongst local shops and a golf course.

What you'll need: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Lead Educator applicants need minimum 1 years experience in a current Lead Educator role Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current & Valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
